At Real Results, Crossfit is our most intense Group Training program delivering an unparalleled CrossFit experience! Our trainers bring energy, knowledge and experience to every training session to push you to achieve what used to be impossible. Our CrossFit program is conducted in a small group setting so we can monitor and direct your training movements ensuring your goals are met without personal injury!

Reaching your fitness goals is as important to us as it is to you. Real Results fitness trainers are fully trained, certified and dedicated to bringing you one-on-one support and customized attention to help you reach the transformative look and feel you’ve always wanted.

One on one fitness training sessions are scheduled in 30 and 60 minutes increments, and:

  • Are built around you and your dietary and fitness levels
  • Address your personal fitness goals
  • Provide unparalleled monitoring and coaching
  • Are instructed by coaches that know how to motivate and keep you accountable
  • Push you, helping you tap into the energy that started your fitness journey!

Sometimes we just need a little more and with Real Results’ Specialty Classes we help to address those looking for just that! Tighten, tone, and lift your butt and sculpt your thighs with our specially designed ‘Booty Pump’ class.  And for those who want a leaner, flatter, and sexier midsection we have our Hard Core program.
