Training Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 5am, 5:45am, 8am, 8:45am, 12pm, 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm, and 7pm (No 6:15pm or 7pm on Friday)
  • Saturday: 6am, 6:45am, 8am, 8:45am, and 9:30am

MetaFIT Options:
