What is Real Results 12-Week Transformation Challenge?
12 Weeks of Group Personal Training
Unlimited group personal training sessions. We offer OVER 75 sessions a week and you can come as many times as you like.
All sessions are lead by 2-3 personal trainers to keep you safe and motivated!
No cookie cutter nutrition program here. At the heart of our program is our custom nutrition program.
We will ensure you are eating the optimal amounts of protein, fats, and carbs to optimize your bodies ability to burn as much fat as possible over the 12 weeks.

What are the fees for the challenge?
Reserve your spot in the challenge for only $50. After that, the weekly fee is only $25 per week during the 12 weeks of the challenge.

When does the challenge start?
Our 12-Week Transformation Challenge Starts Monday, September 18th.
What are the training hours?
Monday-Friday: 5am, 5:30am, 6am, 8am, 8:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, and 7pm. (No 6:30pm or 7pm on Friday)
Saturday: 6am, 6:30am, 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 8:30am, 9am, and 9:30am.
*The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.
What will be required of me?
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week, keep a food journal, and weigh in weekly.
Who is the challenge for?
People from any fitness level can participate in this challenge.
Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs.
Challengers range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.
