  • Short and focused 45 minute training sessions
  • Small Groups of 6 to 15 to ensure you reach your daily goals safely and without injury

Fit Over 50 Training Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:45am, 9:30am, 5pm, and 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 8am

    Sometimes we just need a little more and with Real Results’ Specialty Classes we help to address those looking for just that! Tighten, tone, and lift your butt and sculpt your thighs with our specially designed ‘Booty Pump’ class.  And for those who want a leaner, flatter, and sexier midsection we have our Hard Core program.
