What is the “Kid Fit” 12-Week Transformation Program?

Our Kid Fit 12-Week Transformation is a 12-week exercise, nutrition, and mindset development program designed specifically to help kids get healthy, reach & maintain a healthy weight, build confidence, gain strength, and become a happier person inside & out.

We’ll teach your child proper training techniques, nutrition, and stretching, as well as help them develop a positive mindset so they are motivated, confident, and excel in all areas of their life.

The Kid Fit 12-Week Transformation program is for children of all sizes, shapes, and abilities who are between the ages of 8-12 years old.

This will not be your typical, run-of-the-mill sports or speed camp. It is a complete fitness and nutrition program consisting of different fun and effective training methods combined in a unique way to get your child amazing, life changing results.

The Kid Fit 12-Week Transformation program training sessions will be small to medium in size, last 45 minutes, and meet each Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. as well as Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

The investment includes a $25 registration fee and 3 installments of $127 spaced 30 days apart.

Q: What if my child is under the age limit?

A: If you believe your child’s level of maturity, attention span, and listening skills surpass his or her age, they’ll be allowed in the program.

Q: What if my child is over the age limit?

A: If your child is over the age limit and not undersized, we recommend our Boot Camp Program.

Q: Will there be an initial assessment or orientation?

A: The first day of training will be the initial orientation and assessment. We will weigh and measure your child as well as go over the program in detail.

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?

A: We employ a wide range of equipment including dumbbells, bands, tubes, cones, plyometric boxes, and an assortment of speed and agility equipment to help your child reach their goals.

Q: Do you run background checks on your trainers and staff?

A: Absolutely, your child’s safety is our number one concern!
